Training brings new ideas, enthusiasm and a fresh approach. Through on the job learning, trainees can acquire practical skills, tailored to the needs of your business and industry.
The NRA Retail Industry Skills Partnership is making it easier for Queensland employers to take on trainees and create skilled careers for your existing workers.
NRA now has in place a new state wide, one point of contact for employers. NRA Trainer and Skills Partner Jacqui Braddon will provide advice about skills and workforce development. Jacqui will help to streamline information about training and traineeships, and help you find information about what subsidised training and employer incentives are available in Queensland.
