You could be missing out on new customer enquiries by choosing the incorrect button for your Google ads.
Google and Ipsos recently surveyed 2,390 Australian smartphone users who used or purchased something within the past six months to determine how they think about and interact with mobile ads.
They found that 66% of customers said that it is extremely or very important to have the ability to call a business directly from a search results page.
Click to Call is a feature that displays a clickable call button with your ad. This features allows existing customers to quickly change their information, check on the status of an order or booking and allows new customers to check business hours, discuss pricing and check availability.
Without a frictionless contact process, many potential customers will drop off the radar and place contacting you in the too hard basket.
