The National Retail Association is excited to have our new CEO, Greg Griffith, join the team in full effect from this week.
Following an announcement late last year that Greg had been appointed to lead our Association, Greg officially stepped into the role on Monday 30 January.
Greg joins the NRA with a wealth of experience in senior executive management positions and leading member-based organisations. Most recently Greg headed up Family Business Australia and New Zealand as CEO, where he focused on developing and delivering valuable member engagement and services.
Prior to FBA, Greg served as CEO of Dairy Farmers Milk Cooperative and Australian Diary Farmers Cooperative, CEO of Destination Melbourne, Executive Manager for Victorian Farmers Federation, and General Manager at Melbourne Football Club.
The common thread running through all of Greg’s previous roles is the community focus of each of those organisations. This is where Greg will deliver the greatest value for NRA members and the Australian retail industry. At its heart, successful retail is about engaging with the community and the NRA is delighted that Greg will bring that community engagement experience to our beloved retail sector.
The National Retail Association is the voice of modern retail, representing more than 60,000 stores across Australia. It has been serving businesses in the retail and fast-food sectors for close to 100 years.
NRA members are welcome to contact Greg at any time g.griffith@nra.net.au
