Work-related psychological injury is expensive – it’s estimated that poor psychological health and safety costs Australian organisations $6 billion per annum in lost productivity.
Commencing in National Safe Work Month (October), WorkSafe ACT is running free 2 hour workshops (in Dickson) to provide guidance to anyone who has a Work Health and Safety (WHS) duty to prevent and manage harm to workers’ psychological health.
The workshop will cover guidance material providing a step-by-step process for managing psychological injury, intervening early and taking preventative action to prevent your workers becoming ill or sustaining a psychological injury.
Choose from four dates across October and November:
- 1 October (3.00 – 5.00pm)
- 8 October (2.00 – 4.00pm)
- 19 November (9.30 – 11.30am)
- 25 November (2.30 – 4.30pm)
Registrations are essential and places are limited, so register today for free workshop.
