The National Retail Association has been appointed to the panel of Service Providers for the Foundation Skills for your Future Program (FSK).
If you have employees with gaps in their language, literacy, numeracy or digital skills, please get in touch with the NRA to discuss developing a fully funded program to bridge these gaps, through Foundation Skills for your Future.
Foundation Skills for Your Future Program
The Government is providing $52.5 million to 30 June 2023, to support employed or recently unemployed Australians with a means to develop their Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) skills to support them to up-skill or re-skill, undertake further education or training, remain employed or change jobs.
A panel of Service Providers (Registered Training Organisations) has been established to deliver the FSK Program. Service Providers are able to apply to deliver contextualised accredited and non-accredited LLND training to eligible participants. Two types of projects are available:
- Employer Workplace Training – developed in collaboration with an employer or industry organisation;
- Personalized training – client centered approach providing tailored training through flexible delivery modes
