Yvonne has been working with the National Retail Association for 3 years and as the director of training and industry projects, is an integral part to the success of the NRA training team.
As a training specialist, Yvonne has over 15 years’ experience in managing learning and development and training teams as well as developing and delivering training programs within the VET and retail sector.
Her esteemed title almost speaks for itself, however Yvonne is responsible for the management of our training and research teams, whilst also leading and developing our industry projects.
Through the implementation of innovative initiatives, Yvonne is committed to the continuous improvement of customised training services and the development of career pathways and skills to ensure retail businesses can reach their goals.
Trips to the beach with her dog and spending quality time with her family and friends is where you will find Yvonne in her spare time.
