It is with great pleasure that I welcome Troy Wild to the National Retail Association as Director, Legal Division, and Principal of our in-house law firm, NRA Legal.
Troy joins us with an extensive background in industrial relations and employment law, as well as 13 years’ experience gained as a Criminal Investigative Police Officer.
Troy has previously worked with clients ranging from small businesses to large public and private corporations. He is also an experienced public speaker who has presented on number of seminars and on-site workshops covering topics such as workplace investigations, managing ill and injured employees, workplace bullying, and flexible working arrangements.
As you know, the NRA prides itself on being the only retail industry association with its own legal practice. This means that your sensitive information is held entirely within the organisation, and not outsourced to a third party.
Having filled this role myself before becoming the CEO earlier this year, I am very confident that Troy’s skills and experience will greatly benefit both the NRA and our members.
His appointment adds to the legal expertise within the organisation, and further strengthens our credentials as the nation’s leading retail legal specialist, particularly in relation to employment law.
Troy is looking forward to introducing himself to NRA members in the coming weeks and is eager to be of assistance. Please don’t hesitate to make contact if he is able to help you with a business issue.
