Flor Merza is the Financial Controller of the National Retail Association, bringing a wealth of knowledge from the not-for-profit space. Prior to her appointment as Financial Controller in 2022, Flor was the Head of Finance at the Leukemia Foundation. Flor graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business, Accounting, and is a proud member of CPA Australia.

 

In her spare time, Flor enjoys delving into true crime novels and nature walks. Flor is also an avid traveller, with a well worn passport and a love for experiencing international culture.
