Sophie has returned to the National Retail Association on a part-time basis to provide general office administration and operations support. With prior experience in both general and legal administrative assistance, Sophie’s role at the NRA is to ensure smooth office operations and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. She is dedicated to maintaining an organised, efficient, and positive work environment.
