Tristan is a university student who is passionate about industrial relations, policy and the smooth operation of the workplace. Prior to joining the NRA, Tristan was a part of an association providing advice in the Building and Construction industry. Here Tristan was able to build a foundational understanding of how to effectively communicate with members and efficiently advise them of the importance of compliance with state and federal regulations within the industry. Outside of work and university, Tristan enjoys all sports and the opportunity to travel to places big and small with his family.

Tristan is a dedicated university student with an interest in industrial relations, policy, and ensuring the seamless functionality of workplaces. Prior to joining the NRA, Tristan contributed to an association providing assistance to members of the Building and Construction industry. During this tenure, Tristan honed his abilities in facilitating effective communication with stakeholders and advising them of the importance of compliance to both state and federal regulations governing the industry. Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Tristan enjoys various sporting activities and relishes the prospect of travelling to places both big and small with his family.
