Course description
Through turbulent times, one of the key factors separating businesses who successfully weather the storm from those who unfortunately struggle to keep afloat, are their leadership teams.
It is a common myth that people are simply ‘born leaders’. However, some of the best leaders were cultivated and nurtured through professional and self-development opportunities. Leadership training empowers employees to:
- become better decision makers;
- have higher emotional intelligence;
- effectively manage teams;
- improve their communication skills;
- become more adaptable to tackle unexpected challenges,
- become more resilient to power through tough times, and;
- know how to successfully attract, nurture and grow talent within the team.
The NRA Retail Institute has designed a Leadership Program consisting of four units that focuses on the skills necessary to become an influential leader.
This current program will be held online through Zoom to enable all participants to enrol flexibly across Australia.
We are currently working on the training calendar for this program. If you would like to express your interest, please contact us at training@nra.net.au or 1800 732 066.
