We’re excited to announce we’re one of 15 industry associations to be appointed to establish a trusted digital advisory service to our members as part of the Australian Government Small Business Digital Champions Project.
Over the next two years, this trusted digital advisory service will be showcasing the journey of small businesses adopting new technology in their businesses, and providing advice and guidance on how to successfully adopt digital technologies in the retail sector.
To ensure that we can provide the information that you need, we are asking our members to complete a 15 minute online survey that will help to identify the digital capabilities and training needs of retail workers in businesses. The results from this survey will ensure that our new service can be targeted to your needs. We are undertaking the survey in conjunction with the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), and please be assured that your responses will be completely confidential.
At the end of the survey, you can enter your name and email to go into a draw for the chance to win one of five, free digital business mentoring sessions, valued at $500.
