We live in a world where we have access to more data, analytics and business intelligence than ever before. In theory, this is extremely beneficial for business growth yet in reality it’s an overwhelming amount of information to sift through.
But firstly… What is business intelligence data?
Business intelligence data comes from a number of different electronic/ online sources. Online sales, POS systems, CRM’s, websites, mobiles, social media and/ or Google analytics are just some examples of how you can measure your business’s intelligence.
The NRA has partnered with the Australian Government and designed a Business Intelligence Kit which addresses industry specific digital knowledge and promotes innovative digital solutions (used by retailers) across areas of products and services and business operations.
The Business Intelligence Kit will benefit any small-to-medium enterprises and not-for-profit organisations who wish to participate in the digital economy and are looking to improve their own business performance.
