Getting Victorian retail open for the seasonal trading period was top priority for the National Retail Association. With less than a month to go until the start of the Christmas trade period, we are committed to doing everything we can to help retailers.
To this end, we will be offering advice over our Workplace Relations Hotline free of charge to members and non-members until 30 November 2020.
Our hotline is the easiest way to receive advice and guidance about simple matters including award terms and conditions (including rostering), management of worker safety and advice surrounding the JobKeeper and JobMaker payment subsidies.
Manned by our experienced team, the hotline will instantly connect you with the vital information and guidance you need about how to reopen safely and successfully. Hotline callers will be able to access advice for non-complex workplace relations matters – a weight off your shoulders.
